"I've never purchased custom blinds before so I didn't quite know what it would cost. My wife and I purchased 15 custom shades (top-down bottom-up) and the total came in around the $4K mark. The sales consultant was very transparent with cost and helped us work through options and explained the outcome. She even gave us general interior design assistance and looked at carpet samples when that contractor arrived! There was an ordering issue for five of our windows. Once identified it didn't take more than a few hours to find a solution. They ended up re-ordering (rush delivery) the correct coverings and even though we technically paid less than we should have the company honored our original quote. It wasn't seamless but their service showed when things went wrong and that's what I'd expect. I'd hire them again."

He worked through some tremendous heat and humidity to get it repaired. Mr. Rollman kept me informed on everything he was doing and why. On the shop, it was pressure wash and prepped for priming and painting. The handmade doors he replaced are very sturdy and exact fit. The hardware he chose was a great choice. The table he made to cover damage in the utility room was exactly what was needed. And the work he did on the bay was ‘par excellente. Without a doubt I would rehire Mr. Rollman if I ever need any more repairs."

"From the day of my estimate till installation was perfection. They contacted me the next day after emailing them for an estimate. Took about 5 weeks to get windows ( as they said) . They were flexible on installation date, showed up exactly 8 am, even brought their own garbage can to clean up. The windows look great and really keep out noise.
Will be replacing all my other old windows with them as monies allows.
