"I've never purchased custom blinds before so I didn't quite know what it would cost. My wife and I purchased 15 custom shades (top-down bottom-up) and the total came in around the $4K mark. The sales consultant was very transparent with cost and helped us work through options and explained the outcome. She even gave us general interior design assistance and looked at carpet samples when that contractor arrived! There was an ordering issue for five of our windows. Once identified it didn't take more than a few hours to find a solution. They ended up re-ordering (rush delivery) the correct coverings and even though we technically paid less than we should have the company honored our original quote. It wasn't seamless but their service showed when things went wrong and that's what I'd expect. I'd hire them again."

"The blind spot came out to our client's penthouse to fix the remote motorized blinds that sat 16' above the floor in our client's penthouse, in addition one of the door shades had come completely off the frame. "I purchased the blinds from an online company and thought I could install them myself. I could not. I contacted the company where I bought the blinds and they only install them if you have one of their professionals measure. I didn't. When I contacted The Blind Man they said they can install blinds already purchased elsewhere. It only took a few days to get someone out to install them. The installer arrived on time and perfectly installed the blinds. In the future, I will hire The Blind Man to measure, create and install. Thanks all! Great experience."
