"I've never purchased custom blinds before so I didn't quite know what it would cost. My wife and I purchased 15 custom shades (top-down bottom-up) and the total came in around the $4K mark. The sales consultant was very transparent with cost and helped us work through options and explained the outcome. She even gave us general interior design assistance and looked at carpet samples when that contractor arrived! There was an ordering issue for five of our windows. Once identified it didn't take more than a few hours to find a solution. They ended up re-ordering (rush delivery) the correct coverings and even though we technically paid less than we should have the company honored our original quote. It wasn't seamless but their service showed when things went wrong and that's what I'd expect. I'd hire them again."

"Reliable Hurricane Solutions recently installed shutter panels on all the windows of my home. I am very satisfied with their work. The installation was professional and timely. The owner, Geremiah Roulston, took special care to insure that each panel was correctly aligned with the individual window; adding extra hardware, as needed, to secure a tight fit. The panels are of good quality, sturdy, yet light enough to handle easily; making hurricane protection simpler as well as secure. i would highly recommend this company for any shutter installation work you might need."

"Brandon and Cruz completed a number of small projects, including caulking a leaky roof vent and two leaky windows, installing a door threshold, repairing a ceiling drywall crack, and replacing an exterior wood handrail. "Ivan is very polite and very punctual. He gave us a quote with the installation already included for each window. Came in and put up blinds for a two story house in just over an hour and it took less than a week from order to install. The only thing we are slightly disappointed about is the quality seems a little bit less than other companies and even a brand Lowe's offered for much less. That was probably our fault for not researching better."

"I contacted the provider about my half moon window that gets the intense west setting sun. Inside the house is the vaulted room that is very hot because of the sun in the later part of the day, also requiring you to wear sunglasses or risk falling in the house because of being blinded from the sun! They were very friendly over the phone and answered all my questions. They came out to measure, and within a week I had my solar screen. Its amazing how much better that room is, cooler, and non-blinding. And the screen even comes with a lifetime warranty!
