"Ordered woven wood shades, tops down bottoms up and was thrilled with service and how fast we received the shades (2 weeks) and how fast they were installed. The only disappointment was with the product itself which was a Graber product. Love the pattern and colorbut the operation of the shades could be better. They are difficult to get line up and level when raising and lowering them which is no fault of the company we purchased them from or installation."
