"It went perfect! It's good to be skeptical about any company with such great reviews and no bad ones, but this company is legit. When I inquired I heard back right away and Linda provided me with great info. She was very responsive without being aggressive. She set up a convenient time for me and came to show samples. I immediately decided to go with Supertint and she booked me in a very reasonable time. Dustin and Chad came out and were fast, clean, knowledgeable, and polite. The windows look great and I am really kicking myself for not knowing about this option years ago. All appointments were kept, everyone always showed up on time - I'm not really sure what more I could ask for. I would absolutely hire them again and have already spread the word to some friends. "We had a lot of exterior upgrading done - leaky roof, new windows in the upper floor to replace old ones with irreparable condensation, old leaky patio with rusty supports. This company deserves its "exceptional" name! The roof was completed in one day by a team of six workers. The six upper floor windows were done in two days by a team of two. Siding was completed in three days by a single expert worker. Completely new porch was done in four days ."

"His name is Rod. He is fine but the guy he has used for years, the contractor Les. I talked to Rod and somebody was supposed to come out but after 3 phone calls nobody got a hold of me so I just quit calling. Nothing major but I spent a lot of money. I was just a little disappointed because Rod was pretty good. It was minor like my door is sticking and I can't figure out what the problem is. And then I had some windows that were slipping down and Rod said Les would be getting a hold of me but he never did. I have an old house and they really messed up my window frames on a couple windows because they are all wood. If he had said you know these window frames are old and this may happen but he didn't. I was really surprised when I walked around and said hey my windows are messed up, he just looked at me like I was crazy. Not all of them, just a couple. I did shop around for windows at different places and the other places were outrageous. Rod told me they had a special going on so I got the next better grade up. Even if Les had called me back and said hey I'm not going to be coming back out. OK Now Rod called me back all the time and he suggested some things that I never thought of. Like shutters for the second floor. I liked his creative because he suggested different paint and things. Rod's professionalism was an A but Les I would give a C."

"I wasn't sure exactly what to expect when I first purchased this coupon and service. I was creating a home office from an open room in my new home generally intended for formal living I expect. I had a general idea of what I wanted. When I received the welcome email and instructions, I was given instructions for how to provide information including a link to a site where I could map out my room with doorways, windows, etc. I provided all of the requested information including pictures of the space. I was very thorough. This service is entirely over email and internet.
We had a phone conference to discuss what I wanted and about a week later, I received a link with all of their suggested selections. At first, I was very confused because it didn't seem to meet my needs. However, when I contacted them about it, we had another conference call and they explained that they were simply providing a number of different solutions for each category; paint, office furniture, fixtures, textiles, etc. Their vision for my room actually was more along the lines. It was a wonderful tool because I was able to scroll through additional options. I had questions every step of the way and was answered with friendly, timely responses. I was given a direction and suggested to first choose my drapes to design around a fabric/print and that worked perfectly. I ended up wiht amazing paint colors, new cabinets and a very cohesive and functional home office that suits my style. 
I really can't say enough good things about the amount of time they spent responding to my emails and questions. They had great advice and answered every single one. 
They offer discounts to products they support so the only negative thing I would say is that their suggestions for different items seem to be based of the companies they partner with. Obviously that would be expected. I would NOT use the cabinet company they referred in the future as I had issues with them separately. Overall, excellent and worth EVERY penny spent. I love working from home in my gorgeous home office!"
