The sales consultant was very transparent with cost and helped us work through options and explained the outcome. Once identified it didn't take more than a few hours to find a solution. They ended up re-ordering (rush delivery) the correct coverings and even though we technically paid less than we should have the company honored our original quote. It wasn't seamless but their service showed when things went wrong and that's what I'd expect. I'd hire them again."

"These guys were great! We got turned down by two large companies because our dryer vent was almost at the peak of our roof on the second floor, but these guys took it on. They came out the same day we spoke with them to take a look and draw up a quote and then came back the following day to do the cleaning on our dryer vent and put in a new vent on the house. The previous owners had on the wrong cover which caused most of our issues to begin with. I would recommend them to anyone we know. They were professional and explained out everything."
