Explained my problem to Rich and he came out that Monday to measure the window and present different options. One week later and I have awesome, new living room blinds. Excellent customer service, good quality and affordable. When I eventually upgrade the blinds throughout the entire house, Rich and Cali Coast Shutters will be my first call. Recommend without hesitation!"

The sales consultant was very transparent with cost and helped us work through options and explained the outcome. Once identified it didn't take more than a few hours to find a solution. They ended up re-ordering (rush delivery) the correct coverings and even though we technically paid less than we should have the company honored our original quote. It wasn't seamless but their service showed when things went wrong and that's what I'd expect. I'd hire them again."
