Once identified it didn't take more than a few hours to find a solution. They ended up re-ordering (rush delivery) the correct coverings and even though we technically paid less than we should have the company honored our original quote. After they replaced three bay windows, we tried them on realigning two heavy sliding windows that would not shut properly because the house had sunk over the last 100 years. We had to stuff insulation into the one inch cracks each winter to keep the cold out. Then we fixed two windows with seals broken so that they fogged up. Lastly some wooden framing had rotted out in two windows over the years; they were repaired as good as new. The price quotes were fair; the work was done on schedule; and my wife and I are delighted that our home windows now sparkle."
