"Dave of I'll Handle It removed the deteriorated window frame and installed new brick mould on top and sides. He also replaced the wooden sill, caulked all joints with polyurethane caulking and primed and painted all repairs. Cutting out the sill was not a simple matter but the work was expertly done and I'm completely satisfied with the result. Dave allowed sufficient time for the project so the job wasn't rushed and, of course, he cleaned up the work area on completion."

"Install team was awesome. There were probably 5 or 6 of them and they worked with a lot of energy and focus. The only thing that would have made it better would have been to actually see a price list of all the measured windows and sliders that I ended up ordering. The salesperson seemed to be capable of calculating everything in his head which gave me the impression that there could be a lot of flexibility in cost. To be fair, I did not ask to see a price list. It was something that I look back on and just wish that I had."
