He came and picked up the hard drive on Tuesday and returned it on Saturday. Fortunately he was able to "restore" without any data loss. Very happy with outcome."

Contractor left nails in the driveway and caused a flat tire on my car. Champion response: Mistakes happen but you can't prove we damaged your tire.
