"Both Scott Blackwell and Cory Nicholson were great people to work with. Their crews did a fine job, not only of installing the roof and replacing gutters, downspouts, roof turbines and vents but also in keeping the area clear of debris from start to finish. Cory was on the scene to make sure the work was done properly, as well as to help when needed. They worked with my insurance company which was a blessing to me. Couldn't ask for better service! Would certainly use Blackwell Roofing again!"

"Bradley Case was the salesman who had come out to speak to me about the work I need to have done with my roof. I was impressed by his presentation, his professionalism and the thing that really sold me was the lifetime guarantee. I had done my homework on this company before contacting them but he really sealed the deal! It will be at least six more weeks before they can come out, but it will be done before our Michigan winter kicks into high gear and I am confident that the roof being installed is the highest quality material being installed by professionals."

"Brenton Carlen was a great representative of this company's services. When he came out to meet with me on the first project site (one of our long term rentals), he taught me about foundation repair not just sold me on what I needed done. Now we have Epp helping us with a project at our personal home and Brenton is going above and beyond to help us problem solve through some issues that have come up. Not just Brenton but Epp is a great company who does quality work. It is pricey but being in the contracting business ourselves, we know you get what you pay for. Since foundations are the things all else is built on we choose to invest in a good company to work on ours."

"I highly recommend CNW to handle foundation work! We contracted CNW to install an egress window well as part of our basement remodel, with a somewhat unusual design and project scope. We chose to build an extra-large well with a wood surround to create a garden window box. Dave was especially helpful with advice about how to best manage the project, and was willing to work with us in fulfilling our vision! His crew--led by Antonio--was incredibly respectful, quiet, friendly and efficient! They gave us a huge well space with which to work, and allowed us the time to build the well foundation ourselves, before returning to finish out the surround with rock and fill dirt. The cut to our home's foundation was very precise, and they masked off the space so well that there was virtually no dust despite cutting through a large amount of cement block! The crew left our entire home and yard exceptionally clean! They were also very conscientious of the fact that immediately after digging the well space, we had a heavy storm accompanied by strong winds, so built a tarp and protective structure to prevent flooding into our new window. I'm happy to say their efforts were successful, and we had no water inside! At every turn of our project, Dave and Antonio have been patient, thorough, and helpful, always willing to work with us to ensure our project results in both a beautiful and safe environment, that will remain structurally sound for years to come. The new window creates a huge injection of light, completely transforming the space in our future main bedroom! I am tremendously impressed by both the quality of work and professionalism from the whole CNW crew, but they have honestly just been lovely to work with, which is why I’m so pleased as a customer. Dave has been extremely kind: he genuinely wants to make sure his customers are happy with the work his company provides, which can be a rare commodity in construction. I will happily hire CNW again!"

"They came out to my shop in Missouri Valley and custom made the trim around the window to match the existing trim. The repair looks great and matches the existing trim nicely. They also build an awesome custom cedar frame for my outdoor signage. Friendly service."
