Immediately they offered to order and install the 5 additional panels I needed at a 20% discount. I accepted the offer, they ordered the windows, and they were installed approximately 2 weeks later.
All in all, even though I had to go through the process twice, I came out ahead because of the 20% discount on the second part of the order.
