"Bob was hired to complete a number of projects that were lingering such as threshold installation, pocket and standard door replacement throughout the home, shower door install, ceiling drywall repair, stair railing replacement, stair nosing replacement and more. I am more than happy to recommend Bob for the following reasons, just to name a few: 1. Communication - I knew where we stood with the projects at all times. After working with several other less informative contractors, this was very important. 2. Clean - The began each day by placing drop cloths down to protect my furniture and flooring and cleaned up at the end of the day. 3. Quality of work - Each project was completed, either as agreed or exceeded the original request. 4. Price - Pricing was very competitive. The service was not the cheapest, but when considering the 3 previous factors it was a bargain! He even came back to touch up the stain on all of my doors at no additional charge. 5. Personality - His professionalism can not be overstated and he's very approachable and personable. I would not hesitate to hire him in the future."

"I highly recommend this company for its service, professionalism, and detail to workmanship. From start to finish, I felt like this company had our interests as customers at heart. It started with the president of the company calling to see if everything was starting on schedule and to our satisfaction. During the work, there were some problems, but they handled every single issue promptly, professionally, and to our total satisfaction. The materials and their choices were outstanding. The 2 bathrooms worked on look stunning. We had shower doors and a vanity installed and replaced in a guest bath, and in the master, we had a tub ripped out and a huge double shower installed alongside a linen/medicine closet and a double vanity installed. The floor was also redone. The materials we selected and their construction techniques and methods have created bathrooms we have always wanted in our home. We are completely delighted with the work and how it looks. Sean, our salesman, put together a perfect package with great deals for us. And as for the workmen: the guys on site, Tito, Mario, and Fernando are truly outstanding, hardworking, and highly skilled. They are master craftsmen. The man who helped design and install the double shower door--I think his name is Caesar--was efficient and created a beautiful showpiece. Everything was done promptly, and within 2 weeks from start, we had 2 finished bathrooms that we are delighted with. The early change to a new project manager, Alex, had a few bumps, but Alex worked hard to make sure that the initial bumps were overcome, and we were informed and the project was moving along the lines we had originally planned under his expert supervision. The staff is truly amazing. I have nothing but praise for them. Bravo and thank you!"

"I would get water in my basement after heavy rains. I interviewed 4 companies for the installation of a sump pump. I chose Basements Love Us because I was impressed with their sales person, who was informative and educational. He was also willing to answer every question I asked down to smallest detail. The crew that came to my home were polite and professional. They were on time, and very organized. The job was done in a timely manner and my home was left clean as if they had never been here. "This was a small job to replace only my upper roof gutters. The folks at NexGen were courteous, professional and pleasant to work with from start to finish. It was an an insurance claim and they were able to work with me so that the job was done properly and to code. I was impressed by their workmanship, and the time they spent to make sure everything was correct and looks nice. "NuLook Home Design provided exemplary service. Working with them was one of the most seamless and customer friendly experiences I have ever had. I contacted them to install a roof on my previous home which was occupied by a tenant. They went to that home to do the estimate, and then drove to my home to explain the cost and even walked through the material they recommended installing. The price was reasonable, and they had great patience dealing with my Home Owners Association who were extremely slow in approving the roof install. While the job was in progress, the tech contacted me several times throughout the day, keeping me informed all along the way regarding the status of the job. When it was completed, they called again and provided the final update. NuLook is extremely professional, efficient and performed a quality job. I received quotes from two other roofing companies, one took several weeks to get back to me. The other needed me to come to their office in Greenbelt, Md to discuss the quote. "It is with deep satisfaction that I recommend Gradys Painting and Plastering & Construction. Mr. George Grady is a skilled craftsman. He was hired to correct long neglected and extensive masonry and window issues on a large, beautiful Presbyterian Church built in the Civil War era in Philadelphia. The property was neglected with only minimal maintenance performed over the last 40+ years. The building was in severe decline and in need of stabilization and restoration on many fronts. Cracked ledge plates were chipped out and reestablished, internal walls damaged by leakage were broken out and repaired, brickwork was repointed and in severe cases reestablished to original strength and beauty. Leaks around the base of the building were addressed to stabilize deterioration of the foundation. Large rotted window sills under beautiful stained glass windows were restored after significant masonry reestablishment due to water damage under the rotted out sills. Broken and missing stained glass windows are in the process of repair and replacement. The process started with new metal frames cast by Mr. Grady. The new frames will hold clear painted replications of the original stained glass, also crafted by Mr. Grady. Regular windows all around the church and manse were also repaired and restored. Roof leaks were accurately identified and repaired. A sagging plaster ceiling has been torn out and restored. All this work was done by Mr. Grady alone or with an occasional helper. He worked with care, expertise and respect for the original structure. The results far exceeded our expectations and have injected new life into a building on the brink. This building, owned by the Presbytery of Philadelphia, now houses a new urban ministry in a newly gentrifying area of the city. We are happy to have had the good fortune to be connected to Gradys Painting and Plastering & Construction by Service Magic."
