We replaced approx 30% of the T-11 siding on my house in Antelope, replaced all the trim affected by dry rot and replaced the windows/slider. As they were sealing the new windows we could already tell the difference in the noise and how warm the sun felt through the glass. Brian was the lead installer for the windows and Ken for the siding project and they extremely knowledgeable and were fine with working around our 3 big dogs who had to go outside for bathroom breaks."

"It was several years ago now so some details are lost to me. I do recall I went to the store to try the windows and liked being able to do that. They set up financing for monthly payments. The sales and installation went well and the staff were curious and professional. The windows fit, worked well, looked good and still do. Except for a small problem with the screens; small plastic pegs that hold the screens in place have broken and Halls could not find the right replacements. They sent the wrong thing. The blinds fit well, looked good and worked well and still do. Except, some plastic handles to hold while pulling blinds up and down (cordless type), have broken and fallen off (5 of 22). Halls referred me to a blinds repair guy who did not get back to me and Halls had no other help to give. I contacted them twice on both issues, even returned to the store, then I gave up and did not pursue it further. To summarize, good on personnel for sales and installation, not so good for follow up on problems over time. I would also choose different windows if there was a do-over."

"Computer did the "gotta send info to Microsoft" but when tried to reboot it ran through automatic repair without success. I did all the alternative without any success. He came and picked up the hard drive on Tuesday and returned it on Saturday. Fortunately he was able to "restore" without any data loss. Very happy with outcome."

"Great. Initially I was going to just get blinds cut at home depot and install it myself. Then I was too busy and decided I was going to hire Chris to install the blinds I got. However, he quoted me a price that was a bit more expensive than Home Depot, but it was custom cut blinds (so that the length also fit the windows) and the price was not by much more. It was definitely more competitive than the 4 other contractors I got quotes from. The only downside was I was told it would be about 2 weeks and it took 4 weeks for the blinds to come in. At the end of the day, it was a minor inconvenience for me. I still got a great price, and when the blinds did come in, Chris got one of his workers to come in on a weekend morning (the guy told me he was working OT) to accommodate my busy schedule. Once he unpacked all the blinds, it was extremely efficient and the installer was very professional. So, I really have no complaints. The blinds were beautiful and did fit perfectly as guaranteed. Chris originally came by to measure my windows at my request (I initially measured them and sent it to him for a quote) just to make sure. He was great and easy to work with. They were so easy to work with from the initial email quote, to quickly adding requests like a doggy door and key lock to the quote, to scheduling the install. Dimitry and Andry did a beautiful job on the installation. They were so nice and professional, arrived on time, the job was completed ahead of schedule, and the area was completely clean (no dust, etc.) after. I highly recommend for the quality of work, fair pricing and efficiency. When I'm ready for new windows, I'll definitely use River City."
