"I had an issue with my computer where it was opening lots of pop ups, ad bars, and windows with ads for games. I had tried several different programs to try to remove it with no luck. I finally decided to call North Alabama Technical Service to see if I he could help. I was expecting to set up a time for him to look at it but he connected to my computer immediately and within an hour had it fixed and running perfect again. "An old crack in the foundation window well area, along the edge where the window is framed into the foundation and a crack was allowing water inside during very heavy rainstorms.  The tech visited to give us an estimate. We compared the estimate to another Angie's List company and settled on these guys. We scheduled the work for mid-day and the tech called to say he was running ahead of schedule and could be there early which worked well for us. 

He cleaned the area, removed the old patch (done by the prior owner or a handyman long ago), cleaned and prepared the area, and injected the epoxy filler. We saw from the outside in the window well that the the epoxy filler had moved up the crack and sealed it outside too. He cleaned up after the job was done and hauled away all the debris. 

They did a great job from evaluation of the problem, described their solution and guarantee, was on-time and professional, and did a good job.

We won't know for sure if the crack is well and truly sealed until the next heavy prolonged downpour, but we feel confident the problem is solved."
