Being older, we worried about letting a crew into our home, but decided it would be a go. The crew wore masks, worked quickly and were conscientious of distancing. The workmanship was excellent, the product is of great quality, and we found Pat Patel, the company rep, honest and informative. "Greg, the owner, is very responsive to questions and requests. There were bumps along the way during the project, and these were handled professionally and reasonably (like going from tearing off only vinyl siding to tearing off three layers of siding, plus moving window frames). Any time we've discovered an issue, Greg had it taken care of promptly. Neal the sales consultant was very friendly and helpful in our decision about siding design. He gave us a list of addresses so that we could drive around and see examples of their siding jobs, which was very useful. The work crew was also good, especially Norbert. They worked hard, did careful and fairly detailed work, and cleaned up every day. Norbert can troubleshoot well. He came up with creative solutions to handling unexpected structural issues (like uneven walls). The only significant complaint I have is that they almost installed the HardieBoard on top of old asphalt siding (which we did not know about until the vinyl was taken off), which would have voided the manufacturers warranty. But after we pushed the Siding Group to look into it, they learned that you shouldn't install the new siding on top of old asphalt siding, and so removed all layers of siding down to the original wooden planks before wrapping, insulating, and re-siding. Also, there was a miscommunication about the siding design so that shingles were not initially installed in the gables as planned. The issue was handled right away and the final design is exactly what we wanted (nor were we charged extra for the day and a half of additional work). The work looks great, and we've gotten lots of complements."

"The previous owner I bought the house from concealed the rotten windows and the home inspector my realtor recommended did not mention that the windows need to be replaced. 5 years later, water started to come into the house and I learned that not only I need windows, but my house susteined significant damage. I looked for a local company willing not only to replace the windows, but to fix the potential damage as much as possible. Not a same day or 2 days replacement company that will slap the new window in the rotten frame but someone willing to replace a rotten stud or seal. And I found Travis that made me an excellent impresaion- honest, knowledgeable and surprisingly, not pushy. After an initial quote I let it sit for about 2 weeks until I decided and except an email asking me if I have more questions...which I had -about 10 of them lol, he let me decide. In 4 weeks his team was already on site. Now his guys are the best. I had Adam and Rafal installing my windows and oh, my , when they opened the walls I was looking in disbelief at the rotten wood. They were able to replace all that rotten wood including wood studs, top and bottom seal, joists, etc and make the window casing look like new. Most companies either walk away or cover the rot but these guys were absolutely amazing. Every detail was adressed and every concern was answered. And I was not an easy customer because I was over concerned and watched everything they did, asking a bunch of questions. Yeah, that kind of a customer. What can I say. There are a lot of windows companies but these guys standed apart being able to handle this complex and challenging project. Highly recommended, a company that stands apart through the quality of work and professionalism."
