I finally decided to call North Alabama Technical Service to see if I he could help. I was expecting to set up a time for him to look at it but he connected to my computer immediately and within an hour had it fixed and running perfect again. The cleaners removed the window screen but while cleaning them, they destroyed my windows screen.
