Juan and his team did a thorough job removing everything that had rotted and rebuilding the exterior sighting around the window better than the original construction. He installed a plastic barrier; used a more durable wood for exterior sighting and sealed the wood on all sides; and completely sealed every gap and crack to ensure that wood rot will not occur again.
