"I would have to say my experience with Mid America Exteriors doing my bath remodel was super easy and felt right. They did an amazing job on letting me pick what I wanted for my new shower and also my sinks, countertops, ext. They were able to find me the best price for what I exactly wanted which deserves five stars within itself honestly! I would recommend them to any family and friends! I will also have them come out to look at my windows after this process was so easy & quick!"

"Very good and knowledgeable salesman.
Good installers, but concrete dust everywhere and crew's ladders tore up my yard.
Crew does work with ladders instead of pump jacks, so the crew ladders marring the James Harding factory finished caused many punch list items.
Window installers good, but leaves windows clean to siding installer foreman.
Too many punch list items, and too much time spent having to create the list.

"I was very pleased with Nick and his guys. They worked hard and were quick to answer any questions or concerns that I had. They were efficient and honest and I have already recommended them to a handful of people."

"My computer (Windows XP) was running very slow and had become almost inoperable. It was taking a very long time to process anything, especially anything to do with the internet. IE was taking 100% of the cpu most of the time. Jim worked on my computer remotely for several days defragging, cleaning, anti-virus, malware, etc., but could not get it to perform anywhere near where it should. We decided that I needed a new computer. Jim built me a new computer (Windows 7 with racing stripes). The new system works very well and I am pleased with it. When Jim switched my files over from old to new, the Kodak Easy-Share program with my pictures did not get transferred. He has promised to make that transfer when he installs a new door covering the DVD reader which was broken upon setup. I will update this review when this occurs. I am very pleased with the new system and would do it all over again if a similar situation were present.

"They didn't clean the sticky stuff off of the windows. Didn't exactly explain how to clean the windows from the inside."

"Robert was the foreman of the crew that installed our windows and they did a great job. Very nice group of guys and made sure everything was cleaned up after!"
