A small hiccup on a couple windows caused a delay, but they reordered and came back to install the replacements. Nothing that concerned me much and I understand that it happens sometimes. When the person came to measure he also didn’t catch that I was having all my windows done except one. The windows look great. The response when I notified the co that one window was missed was very fast but added to my cost."
