Not only did he do a quality job on fixing the frame, but he also explained to me what needs to be done to prevent the window from breaking down again and avoid paying a lot of money for its replacement. In addition, the manager and technician responded to my service request in a prompt manner. The problem was solved on the day when I called the company. Last but not least, the company offers competitive service rates and does not push people to spend more money than is absolutely necessary. •   I am so happy that I decided to go with Fox Creek Builders to install my window and 2 sliding glass doors.  From order to install the process was excellent + only took about 3 weeks.  Amazing since it took another vendor a month to tell me they could not fill the order I previously requested.  Max, the owner, came out with Fred to measure and discuss my request.  When Fred installed the custom doors + window they fit better than the original doors they replaced---fit like a glove.  Fred was extremely pleasant, neat + a precision installer.  They removed all the old debris, vacuumed all the rooms, deck + cleaned all the windows after install.  I did not even have to remove my blinds during the process + they were particular about routing my outside cable wire. 
    The doors are very high quality argon + insulated glass.  My husband + I just love how smoothly both the doors + screens move along with the other bells+ whistles.  Even my dog loves the doors + the crew.  Max came out and inspected the job + again explained the features so we did not miss anything.  We couldn't be more pleased with this purchase--well worth the money + I just wish I had done this sooner.  Thanks to the Fox Creek Builders--Great team and Great work.

"Excellent workmanship and products I have had three installations with Power in the past two years. I first used them for a new roof and gutters. The workers were all knowledgeable in their area of work. Clean up was good although some nails kept showing up over time. Next I had the 2nd floor windows and some 1st floor windows replaced, 9 in total. Installation went well and they cleaned up beautifully afterwards. I love the windows! They are a beautiful and energy efficient product. Lastly, I recently had a bay window replaced in my kitchen with the same type window. The workers ere all friendly and explained what would be done. The area was draped with plastic to cut down on dust. Clean up was excellent inside and outside! The window is beautiful and the framing on the outside of the window matches the other windows and the small roof above the bay window was replaced with the same roofing as the rest of the house. I would choose them again for any future projects."
