"The Alderfer installers exceeded my expectations.  My experience with the sales person was wonderful.  He walked me through different front door configurations, and was patient, answering all of my questions and offering great options.  The installers were exceptional.  They were able to install the entry door, sliders, basement windows and glass units in 4 days as scheduled, despite the bad winter weather.  They worked diligently, all day long every day.  The work quality was better than I expected.  My old entry door configuration was uneven, due to the house settling over the years, but they were able to work through it, and made it look 100% better than the original.  They even installed exterior lights that I had bought for me, free of charge.  The glass replacements make my old windows look almost new.  Because of the old window frames, 3 glass units cracked when they installed them, but they replaced them and rescheduled the installation promptly, free of charge.   And to top it all off, the installers were so good with my highly energetic dog.  It was a wonderful experience, and I should have done it a long time ago.

Everything happened on time as scheduled. Manager followed up the next day to inspect everything and make sure we were happy. The roofer came out to inspect the roof pointed out some issues the original vinyl installer failed to do. This prompted me to join Angies List. I had a few workmen come out to look and inspect the job. I felt more confident with IPS IIntegrated Property Solutions. First, the owner of the firm listen to what my issues are and needed to be corrected. He was involved in a task and he said he call me back which he did. (Highly professional) Fred listened and mentioned the possibilities; what the job needs to be called for as the issues of correction. I met with him very shortly with a couple of his gentlemen. We discussed, he observed and he recommended what is needed for the job. Again, he sent one of his gentlemen out to get the dimensions again. (Good move, I rather see a second visit than a second mistake) His man who specializes in vinyl siding corrected the issue by installing the vinyl channel above the windows and the gable area where there was a tremendous amount of light and air leakage in those sections Also, owner agreed and installed a vinyl shield that secures the motion sensor lighting with the rear of the house. It did not have one and it was pulling the vinyl away from the house. I felt confident with the work, this company performed. THEY DESERVE A AA+ FOR SEVERAL REASONS: the conversations, the intense analyzations upon the house visits and the satisfactory work. My mistake, had I known about this company prior, I would have them do the job from the start!
