He took the difficulty to go under the slate to make sure other pillars are ok and did this carefully and thoroughly. We are relieved that only the broken one needed to be placed. Ryan did a wonderful job; the replacement looks very beautiful and authentic. Ryan was very professional, patient and polite. He made sure the working area was clean before he left. It was a wonderful experience to have this done and a peace of mind in such a cost effective way. I would certainly call him if I have similar needs for a good handyman job in the future."

"Carlos and his team replaced subfloor, laid new tile and molding in my upstairs bathroom, they also repair drywall and added texture to ceiling in laundry room ceiling. The bathroom floor looks awesome. he also installed new toilet. Due to the excellent workmanship and professionalism we added projects. Carlos replaced our water heater and 2 a/c units. Carlos responded back to my search for a handyman within hours and gave me and estimate that same day. I will hire them again and highly recommend."

"They fixed the overhang on our front porch and the posts to hold it. We got soffit and fascia put on to match as the old was getting bad. We had 2 new windows put in our family room and a new storm door and inside door to replace one that had been in the house for over 60 yrs. and did not latch properly. They did excellent work. The only problem was some of the debris left in our backyard. Our two dogs would pick it up and try to chew it or bring it in the house to eat. That would be something to keep in mind for future customers with pets. Other than that, excellent work all around."

"Mr. Ben Sanchez came over to my home first and did an electrical analysis and offered a proposal with what he determined needed to be done. He noticed a violation of code I wasn't aware of having my A/C lead into the electrical panel. Instead, it needed its own panel. I agreed to his offer and his workers showed up the next morning. They were very professional. They installed a new, larger electrical panel and added 200 additional amps. They removed the fluorescent and replaced with LED lighting in the kitchen and restroom. For the first time since I moved here, I love my kitchen because I can see everything. I also bought a new microwave and they replaced it free for me. I'm very pleased and happy with the results and would hire them again."
