"I just completed a window plan for my home with Graham from Direct Remodel, a window company that designs, manufactures, and installs windows. Graham brought various samples with comparable windows by other manufacturers. Graham shared the features of the windows including an amazing warrenty. The warrenty covers â acts of Godâ and transfers if I choose to sell my home! It is clear the windows that Direct Remodel creates is superior to others with specs that exceed state requirements. He gave me a realistic timeline, tax-free info, and a bit of tax credit information. Working with Graham was very pleasant and though he is a salesman, he did not push â the sale,â he asked questions and shared information that led me to my decision. Also, Sherry was the first person I spoke with. She was so pleasant to talk with, was well-apprised in the business, and insured me of a presentation time that worked for me. I love doing business with a local company too!"

"Bill Benson was excellent to work with. Kept in constant contact, was always available to converse with and provided great workers. Even on weekends, he would answer a text to any concerns I had and respond promptly."

"My experience was fine. They cleaned my gutters. It took awhile, but they came to do it. It took a month to be able to mainly do them and get them out here. When they did get out here they did a great job. When we finally got him out here, when he came out he did a wonderful job. I had no complaints. Overall, good. It was $99."

"The service department came out and inspected my problem windows. One pane needs to be replaced due to lack of gas between the panes. The service technician demonstrated why one window leaked due to high pressure water on the window (greater pressure than hurricane rains.) I had one total window that had a white film on the upper portion of each panel. He blamed it on my sprinklers, which do not touch the windows. I was angry about his response because I couldn't understand how if it was caused by the sprinklers, why was it only on the upper portion and not at the middle or bottom of the window. (The window opens from bottom to top). The service tech. was able to use soap/water and a razor blade to scrap off the white film. Overall, the service tech. did a good to fair job. Hopefully, he contacted the appropriate person to get my one bad window replaced. I'm waiting to find out when they will replace the one window."
