"From beginning to end this was a complete good experience. John came out and showed us the window and explained the process. After doing my research I have found the windows he uses to be excellent quality. Ordered the windows, 12 weeks to the date they were installed. The install was done in half a day. They team was very clean, helpful and complete. They answered all my questions and even let me watch! We noticed a difference within hours of sealing up the windows how cool my second story remained with the Energy Efficient windows in. I cleaned all of them with an easy process of sliding the clips and opening them. What a dream window and only wished we had done this ten years earlier. The windows were 29 years old, solid wood and clad. From the outside you can hardly tell the difference. These were a great purchase, and we are looking forward to having the other 13 windows done with Best Windows."

"Excellent price. Great job installing windows. Customer service very helpful. Had all windows replaced. Windows made in Illinois. Made a significant improvement on my heating bill."

"Gus and Adrian were very professional and courteous! We had ordered windows from a different company that were the wrong size. Gus explained the issue and our needs for the project in a way that I understood which helped us to know what to say to get our money back from the other company. He also communicated efficiently about timelines so we knew upfront how long it would take to get the windows and they arrived a bit sooner than we were originally told. Adrian was also professional efficient. He and two other guys installed our windows and fiberglass door. They cleaned up well after the job and worked efficiently around other people that we had working in the house on that day."

"Completely happy with the excellent work installing my new windows. I would highly recommend window solutions ."

"Closed stuck windows. Now OK as long as these windows are not opened. Offered service to replace hardware on window for $150 per window. Decided not to do anything."

"Ron & Joe were the best people to handle this job. They were able to match the trim on all 16 windows and fix my screen door. They were slightly higher than some of the other quotes but they were the only ones who came out when they said they wood. LDS Renovations, Inc will get all my glass work from now on. Excellent job!"

"Jon came out measured my window and was back within a week to replace the bad window. Very professional, worked around my business timeline and was proficient. I will be referring him to anyone I know with bad windows! I catch myself gazing out the window now that I can see out of it."

"The windows were as we expected. We can now feel the effectiveness of the windows in terms of insulation from outside cold."

"Exceptionally professional from quote to completion. Repaired a broken window pane and a rotted window sash. Great job! Would not hesitate to use them again."

"Windows were done in one day. Crew cleaned up nicely. Windows look great."
