The glass was ordered and arrived within the expected time frame. Office called and we set an appointment for installation. Arrived on time and unwrapped and prepared the window and put it in without disturbing anything around it. Window is clear, fits perfectly and looks like it belongs in the window frame. "Handyman service responded in an excellent time frame. Within 2 days of calling Paul Commons showed up. We had a vertices flat siding on a portion of our home and we wanted to change the look by putting 8" lap board horizontal over it. He did the measuring to include a moisture barrier and framing around 3 Windows. Normally the homeowner has the materials at the house, but we weren't sure of how much of what to get. He charged a minimal fee to pick up what we needed. We wanted 8" of lap siding to show to match the rest of the house. This meant we needed a 10" board because 2" is placed under each board. When he went to order, they did not have 10" board, but did have 12" board, but not in stock and would have to be ordered. Since my wife wanted the 8" instead of another size he would order, but would have to take it to his shop and cut 2" off each one. He charged a very reasonable fee to pick up and cut the boards to the size we needed. Would be 1 - 2 weeks before the special order came in. We planned on a date and it was installed on that date. He had to custom cut some pieces to fit around the windows as well as framing. Caulked everything. Siding was pre primed ready to paint. Paul did a outstanding job and would ask for him everytime."

"We refinished the basement and added a bedroom to a house we were rehabbing to resell.  In order to comply with building code, the bedroom had to have an egress window.  After getting several bids which were all similar in price, I selected Indiana Foundation to do the work since I had used them previously for foundation and basement waterproofing work.  They did an excellent job and when we had a problem with the City of Carmel building inspector, they came back out to make changes to make the inspector happy.  I appreciated their willingness to stand behind their work and to work with me to resolve the problems we encountered.  I would use them again in a heartbeat and definitely recommend them to others wanting an egress window installed.
