Each window had different issues I contacted them and they came and did an estimate for the work. They also explained exactly what work would be done. They were very thorough and transparent. They did the estimate in the fall and the work was scheduled in the spring. They came on the date that was scheduled, amazing! "Great! We have a 140-year old Victorian with third floor knee walls, very hard to insulate. Rob and his sons did a thorough job of applying high R-value insulation between the rafters, so we will have a cold roof to prevent ice dams in the future. Also had old casement windows in the basement that were falling apart, and they rebuilt four windows with new frames that look like cabinet work. Reasonable prices, great attitudes -- can't recommend more highly!"
