"Windows are their specialty. I'm not so excited about the patio door."

"I had a couple questions about some trim on the inside part of some of the windows and the owner himself came out to make sure everything was done right and that I was happy with the install and new windows."

"This is the best window company EVER! Because of supply chain issues beyond the ownerâ s control, we had to wait from June to the end of November to get our new windows, but the wait was so worth it! The crew did an amazing job of installing the windows, and they cleaned up afterwards perfectly! They truly went the extra mile to do an outstanding job. This is the only window company I would even consider hiring."

"A big thank you to John and Jared of US Windows for saving the day on our window project! We were taken advantage of by a previous window company, Texas Pride Windows and Doors / Brian Young, who stole our deposit and ghosted us. Jared and John reached out to us after seeing our story on the Channel 2 news in Houston. They helped us replace 27 windows and 3 doors with very high quality Pella and Thermatru products. They contracted an AWESOME install team lead by Reginaldo and about 12 other installers. ALL were very friendly and professional and stayed until the job was done. They draped the entire work area and cleaned up EVERYTHING. Excellent attention to detail. I would recommend John, Jared and US Windows for any window replacement job! Thanks Guys!!"

"Everyone at ARC Glass was very professional and courteous, especially the lady who took our order over the phone. They were prompt and got things done as soon as possible. We had to replace a broken window. They came to measure, then a few days later with a new piece of glass. Unfortunately, the glass was 5/8 of an inch too small on one side, so somebody messed up somewhere. But they were very apologetic, installed that glass and taped the gap, and immediately re-ordered the glass. They were back with it a couple of days later, and this time it fit, and they did a good job replacing it. They cleaned it thoroughly, which was nice. We felt they gave us a very fair price. Apart from the one mistake, our experience with them was positive in every way, and we would definitely use them again and recommend them."

"Very knowledgeable & experienced. Not just an expert eye on windows, identified areas from the foundation on up & provided recommendations. Also very responsive, flexible & follows up."

"Doug responded expeditiously to my request for window insect screen replacement. His work is excellent and reflects his attention to detail. The cost to replace my kitchen window screen was reasonable. I will definitely contact Doug for future window screen work."

"Fair pricing, fast & efficient. Window repair looks great."

"Russell came up with the perfect solution to a window frame fix for the placement of a lift handle for 2 windows over a kitchen sink."

"Very well! We are very pleased with the windows and the workmanship."
