"I can't recommend these guys enough. Their price was competitive (on the low end, actually). They replaced every window in my house (24 of them), and did a thorough and professional job. They reinsulated and caulked, replaced and added trim as needed (new windows are generally thicker than old ones), and painted the trim. The job looks fantastic, and of course the new windows have tightened up the house considerably. We can't hear outside noises as much (wasn't expecting that). This job was done in late August, early September of 2018, so there were weather delays that couldn't be helped, but JP was fast and thorough, and cleaned up after themselves after every workday. Oh, and they also replaced my shutters when I realized that they had weathered beyond repair (seperate cost, but again reasonable). I would happily use them again."

"First let me say I would absolutely hire Lux again, and would highly recommend them based on several things (communication, timeliness, pricing and follow up). And I was torn between a 4 or a 5 rating. I called Lux and Amanda (who does the scheduling and billing) was amazing to work with. They had someone out immediately, gave us a very competitive quote, and told us it would be 7-10 days to get the glass ready. 10 days later Lux had the crew back out and completed the glass replacement and screen repair. Unfortunately, after they left, we discovered each of the 4 screens had some problems with puckering and needed to be re-stretched. In addition, when they replaced the glass in our mahogany door, they took out 3 of the 4 trim panels, but left the 4th in place. The new glass was slightly thinner so when they reinstalled the 3 pieces they no longer lined up with the 4th. When I contacted Amanda she was very apologetic and immediately scheduled the team to come back out and correct all issues which they did. We are very happy with the corrected work. Amanda's communications throughout the entire process was top notch. I had originally tried to work with a company called Lone Star glass who strung us along for over 3 months on the glass repair and screen replacement and ultimately did nothing. In comparison I was so happy to have found the professional team at Lux."

I was able to identify the coil balancer issue, but realized it was not something I could fix myself. I asked around and many window/glass guys just told me it was time to replace all the windows. I could not follow this logic as the glass and the windows were in decent shape. I was glad that I was able to connect with Brook. He stopped by to dissemble the window rails and took the parts he needed to replace with him. He was very nice and played with my dog! He came back in a few days with the right parts and fixed the four windows in a couple of hours. He was very detail oriented to make sure the pull-up and push-down of windows were balanced and I think he did a terrific job! Right now I enjoyed so much of the ease and smooth of opening and closing the windows! Sooo happy with the service!"

"THE WHOLE JOB WAS AMAZING!! THANKS!! We had been wanting to get new windows for years, but the prices were ridiculous. Then Rick called, we agreed to let him come out and give us a price. We were skeptical when he quoted us a price, we had to ask twice about it being the full cost. We have a log home so the main thing was that we could keep our inside and outside trim, all the other companies said it would have to be replaced with their product. And again, the price was so much less than any of the others we had priced. Then came the installation, the crew he sent out was amazing, they went above and beyond to make sure everything was the way we wanted it. With a log home things are a little different and they made sure that everything was just right. Everything cleaned up when the left.
