"Simply put, you will NOT find a better, more honest, more helpful, more easy-to-work-with, reasonably priced contractor than John Lee and his crew at J & K Home Improvement & Restoration! We had a "complicated" set of circumstances when our home was damaged by a storm, last winter. The insurance company sent out an estimator to assess the damage and, after the company recommended J & K Home Improvement & Restoration, I was introduced to John Lee. I eventually learned that John also does estimates for a variety of insurance companies (because his company is so well regarded), and he patiently listened as I described the nuances associated with our house. During our initial consultation, he was able to clearly describe all of the steps that would be necessary and answer all of our questions. Long story short, not only was John able to address EVERY single concern and request that we had regarding the eventual repairs to the house (including roof, siding, and a window upgrade that would have cost much more if we had done it at a later time), but he spent plenty of extra time making sure that everything we had talked about was addressed to our 100% satisfaction! He was also able to persuade the insurance company to cover more complete repairs than was originally specified by the first adjuster! In addition, when we had an electrical "hiccup" associated with all the pounding on the walls, John quickly sent an expert electrician to locate and correct the problem. He absolutely could have passed those charges on to us because the failure wasn't due to any mistake on the part of his crew but, instead, he picked up the unanticipated expense himself. It was truly a pleasure to work with John! He made a difficult situation as easy to manage as possible, and we would strongly recommend J & K Home Improvement & Restoration to anyone who wants to hire a quality contractor that stands behind their work and well-earned reputation!"

From working with our sales person Mike to working with the three crews and field supervisor Chad we were extremely pleased with the people and the work we had done. Basically we had the entire exterior of our 1962 house redone and we couldn't be happier. We were amazed at how smoothly the process went especially considering how big the project was. Our sales person Mike was integral in helping us figure out a plan of action. He was very thorough and patient. Showed us different options and walked the property with us several times in the beginning with no pressure sales tactics. He answered all of our questions and helped to problem solve "vintage house" issues on several occasions. The crews that came on three different stages were all amazing. They all arrived when they were scheduled to. They are incredibly hard-working and skilled at what they do. They work long hours to get the job done in as timely a fashion as possible without compromising the quality. The quality of their work is excellent. We could not believe how great all of the work we had done turned out. During the two weeks that all of the work was being done we had multiple visits from Chad the field supervisor to make sure all was going well and to answer any questions we had.
