James and his crew arrived early on the day of the install. They replaced 14 double hung wooden windows with new OKNA double hung 800 series Deluxe windows. They also replaced my Patio Door, and my French Door with OKNA Elegante Sliding doors which are incredible doors. James and his crew were so professional, and they knew what they were doing. By the afternoon they had completed the job. Tom who is the owner even stopped by to oversee the job. These OKNA 800 Series windows are beautiful, and the installation was awesome. We were very pleased with the salesman and he gave us lots of information, answered all our questions. "I've dealt with Garrety Glass a few times. They get the job done. The quality of work is good but they can take a long time and have mixed up a few order of mine. Once it was with scheduling. Another time, they ordered a tempered glass when I just needed regular window glass cut to fit and installed. Another time, they sent the wrong quote. Bottom line: the workmanship is quality. Unfortunately, they will probably waste your time or money."
