After researching Continental Siding through the Better Business Bureau, we found that everything was rated very well and we thought it would be great company to choose for our siding project. I canâ t say enough about Window Source! But I shall try:
1. Gary was NOT a salesman*. I repeat, not â ¦ a â ¦ salesman. By the time I got to Window Source I was ready to throw in the towel due to a slew of strategic salesmen who wore me out. He is a knowledgeable, reasonable and considerate businessman who knows his stuff. BRAVO!
2. The prices are REASONABLE â ¦ and donâ t include the â buy today and saveâ shtick that every other window company tried to pressure me into. The quality was up to par on all the little things the competitors claimed other window companies â did not doâ or account for in their products. My requirements on quality were ALL checked off, and my prices were estimated fairly, itemized. With the other companies I would have sacrificed to do PART of my house, although I needed them all done. I was able to do the full job without breaking my single mother salary.
3. He helped me look at all the variables without pushing an up-sell.
4. The warrantee and variables essentially MATCH most of the other companies I looked at - as much as they tout what the offer and how â exclusiveâ it was â ¦ Window Source was to the point and clear - AND did not bad-mouth their competition - unlike the aforementioned salesmen.
5. Financing options were BROAD and easy to understand through their people. Otherwise financing was VERY limited elsewhere. Those options set those companies to get the most money out of you in the long (or short) run.
6. My windows came in faster than expected
7. The crew was EXCEPTIONAL and quick and respectful. THEY WORKED IN THE RAIN!! and didn't get a drop in my house. 14 windows installed in 7 hours - WOW. The precision and knowledge of Mike was unmistakable as well as Marioâ s work ethic - and they were TRULY pleasant to watch and respected my property.
8. Gary walked me through everything in the end â ¦ and made a few touch-ups in my presence as we discussed things. Itâ s the little things that make the difference (and in this case, EVERYTHING that added up.
EVERY home project has hiccups - if there were any I only noticed one - which the guys were on top of from the get-go.
I will likely recommend this company well into my old age - as I hold the highest respect for reputable businesses who genuinely know the meaning of customer service. Theyâ ve made my top 5 businesses of all time. Thanks gentleman!

The windows came in early which was great. The crew that took out and installed 17 windows did the work in 2 days! The crew was respectful, professional and worked hard. They cleaned up everything. The experience couldn't have been better.

Working with Alan and his crew ( Roberto and Juan) for new window replacements was about the easiest and least intrusive experience that I have had with a contractor. Alan kept me up to date on developments from the order for the windows being sent to the manufacturer to receipt of goods and installation scheduling. Roberto and Juan ( the installers) took the time to make sure that the windows were installed in a quality and timely manner. After the job was done, Juan worked for almost an hour tweaking some adjustments on the picture window to make it just right. Roberto and Juan got 9 window done in 8 hours and also hauled away all debris from the job. I would highly recommend Alan and his crew to anyone needing a professional and competent contractor

The installers were courteous and professional. The only problem is one of the windows was delivered defective. The company quickly promised to repair it but so far has not even scheduled a repair. I don't mind if its weeks/months out, but I do want to be on the schedule. Otherwise it seems like once they had our money, they stopped caring.
