"Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. We have had Burnett Windows & Siding replace all 22 of our windows, our siding with LP Smartside Diamond Kote Siding and our gutters with K-Guard Seamless guttering. I always get a least 3 quotes and bombard the company's with all my questions and concerns before picking anyone. We plan on being in this house until they roll us to the nursing home or to the morgue, which ever comes first. So I wanted a warranty that would let me sleep at night. After getting the new windows and siding we don't really hear the strange noises from the airport or the train tracks in the middle of the night. The only one in the family that doesn't care for the new windows is our old cat.
