"I had an excellent experience from first contact through install and beyond. The salesmen were knowledgeable and did not pressure me into a purchase. The install crew was professional and efficient. My Pella windows look beautiful."

"I received an invoice that was very general. I emailed him asking for more of a break down of the work performed and never heard back. I did have two windows replaced. One big picture window and one small kitchen bronze window. I want sizes, cost, and labor break down. Jeremy was very nice and personable."

"Doug, the owner, is super friendly. He did all our window screens and we even hired him to tint our windows. He worked with us on our schedule. Super, highly recommend."

"Excellent workmanship and products I have had three installations with Power in the past two years. I first used them for a new roof and gutters. The workers were all knowledgeable in their area of work. Clean up was good although some nails kept showing up over time. Next I had the 2nd floor windows and some 1st floor windows replaced, 9 in total. Installation went well and they cleaned up beautifully afterwards. I love the windows! They are a beautiful and energy efficient product. Lastly, I recently had a bay window replaced in my kitchen with the same type window. The workers ere all friendly and explained what would be done. The area was draped with plastic to cut down on dust. Clean up was excellent inside and outside! The window is beautiful and the framing on the outside of the window matches the other windows and the small roof above the bay window was replaced with the same roofing as the rest of the house. I would choose them again for any future projects."

"I had a broken front window (window would not stay up) and based on an email from Angi, I called Chief Glass Services of Houston and made an appointment for someone to come out and look at my window. Russell came and he was great. I thought that I needed a brand new window but no, per Russell, the window just needed to be repaired. He didn't have the parts with him and said that he would order the parts and come back and he did. He repaired my window and it is working well. He is also going to come back and work on my glass shower door. I highly recommend Chief Glass Services of Houston for any glass work that you need to have done!"

"Window World was professional in all aspects of the project. Customer service answered all questions to my satisfaction. Notifications were timely. Windows look great and warranty was important factor in choosing WW."

"Awesome... Called Franklin and he had the Window replaced in the next 3 hours. Professional, experienced and quick. Will definitely use him for my future projects and may have him replace our aging shower with a fancy pretty one."

"Everyone else I called sent a salesman. Creation Glass repaired my storm door. I would call them again for any window or glass needs for an honest opinion before proceeding with anyone else’s recommendation."
