"When making my appointment, I was given the window of 12 PM - 5 PM for a technician to arrive. Joe P. came at exactly 12 PM on the specified day. There was a bit of a conflict on the invoice he brought over that was resolved easily. I was quoted the price of $99 when making the appointment not the $189 on the invoice. Although the project says gutter "repair," it was actually for a cleaning. Cleaning wasn't one of the options from which to choose."

We were very pleased with the salesman and he gave us lots of information, answered all our questions.
