"From the first contact through the final follow-up, Sean remained the quintessential professional. We opted to do half the windows in our home but will hire Sean and his team to do the rest of the house later this year. The quality of the windows and workmanship is superb. We have large windows in our great room that were old and rotting on the outside. The new windows simply make the room pop and complement the custom wood framing beautifully. Additionally, I like the Universal Windows because there is a smaller vinyl frame than competing products resulting in more window and less vinyl. We did have a minor complaint on the inside window stops used and Sean immediately replaced the stops with ones we did like - totally at his expense. The installation crew were on time, polite and cleaned up at the end of each day. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this company and Sean. They are simply the best and we will use them again and again!"
