"Very well-they were quick & for most part were able to do the majority of the work from the outside. They arrived very early & spent all day (ended roughly around 4?-didn't check the time) *there were close to 30 windows, one specialty window that a 2 man team installed. They asked that we move everything away from the windows to avoid any damages. Advised us to avoid putting items back for at least 24 hours to allow the seals to set properly. They arrived before I was fully awake-they want to get it done in 1 day! Would advise that you set your alarm early!"

"We replaced 11 windows at our condo. One window came damaged from the manufacturer and wouldn t close properly. Kim called that day to have a replacement window shipped. The whole process from start to finish was handled very professionally. I would highly recommend The Window Source of Raleigh. Great people, great products and great prices!"

"Hired for installation of a screen door for a roughly 9 ft opening. The guys were professional, knowledgeable and prompt. The hardest thing to find these days is an honesty and professionalism. These guys check all the boxes. I suggest to hire them on the spotâ ¦better you wonâ t find."

"From Rich the owner to Heather who handles the phones to Erick and Emanuel who performed the work - great job. First class people performing first class work. Very satisfied. I highly recommend Screen Medics for your window screen needs."

"Custom materials took a while to come in, but the company kept in contact the whole time about where we were in the process. Installation of ten windows and siding along the top floor, soffetting and trim, taking down the gutters and wrapping the wood in aluminum, all done in less than a week. The project lead, Chad Whitmore, was able to answer all of our questions and concerns promptly. Looks great!"

"Great company and the people that work for them...very professional."

"On almost every occasion in which I have had to hire a Contractor, we have run into one issue or another, from small things, to large problems. Matt & Steve were the most professional team we have ever dealt with. If they were running behind, they called us to let us know. They draped the floor of our home with drop cloths and kept any dirt and dust to a minimum. At the end of each day, they swept and vacuumed the area they were working in and cleaned the outside work area. The placement of the window was harrowing, however, they handled it like the pros they are. The window quality itself turned out to be a much more exceptional value and quality than we anticipated. The finish work was exceptional. The window (a large bay) looks like a natural part of our home, from the trim work to the beautiful shingles added to the outside. Everything they did was above & beyond our expectations."

"Heath did an amazing job laying the new tile floor in my in laws kitchen. He was friendly, communicated with us well during the entire process. He took the time to explain how he planned on completing the job and answered all questions we had. He was timely and very professional his work speaks for itself. I would definitely reccomend him for all your needs."
