"Sales was great to interact with and he answered all my questions. Install took a few weeks as weather or other factors to place. Installers were behind on another job so they missed my install date. Understandable. But when you have an employee no show and no call and the install has to delayed another two days, not acceptable. Again what am I supposed to do? So I wait. I had facia replaced. Gutter Helmet installed one inch facia instead of two inch facia as installed by the builder. They made it right and we are happy with the overall project. I am so glad to see a company acknowledge if something is not to our satisfaction they go out of their way to make it right."
