Cons: none David came to my property on May 2nd to provide me with a quote for window screens and window screen-frames. He was scheduled to arrive at 10am, which is the exact time he showed up. He did not hesitate to ask for a tour of the property to assess the amount of work involved. During this time, David kindly educated me on window screens and shared with me why he believed his product is far superior to many of the standard window screen-frames we see today. After his assessment and measurements, he provided me with a quote then and there. I was glad to see that Fast Screens provided me with a fair and reasonable quote. Unlike, competitors who provided me with unreasonable prices that did not correlate with window size/dimension. I agreed to accept his service without hesitation. David returned to my property on May 4th and installed the screens that he assembled. He gave my wife and I a tour and explained how to properly remove the spring-loaded screens if we wished to wash our windows in the future. I was astonished as to how well the frames looked and fit. Our new powder-coated white aluminum frames with black screens are fantastic. Aside from the product itself, I am glad to have done business with such a great individual. "Guil's assistants installed the air conditioner in the window on Monday, June 6th, and did a good job, cleaning the window and removing the old AC. Guil came the next day and took away the old AC and caulked up the gaps in the seal on the new AC with his caulking gun. Guil was very courteous and upbeat about the install. We hope to use him again on a future project."

I have a sliding window from left to right instead of up and down so to do a clean install was more involved than a traditional up down sliding window. I believe Monty went above and beyond to make sure the work was quality and addressed all my concerns. He made sure the whole installation was well sealed off using generous amounts of silicone.I highly recommend him for any handyman work you might need accomplished."
