"these were 2 separate jobs done several months apart. the first job of 2 pumps went extremely well. They re-dug out 2 pump pits and put sealed units and ran pipes out. All done perfectly. The window well system took a long time to schedule, which although I was getting impatient, I understand this was a busy year for this type work. However when they came out the job was done incorrectly the first time with several miscommunications . However, I admire companies that stand behind their work and strive to make the customer happy. Thanks to Dina and Gia at BQ they sent a crew back out to fix the deficiencies and they did the job right and to my satisfaction.
