When Mike Cavanaugh came to bid the job, he was professional, courteous and honest, and best of all, he, didn't try to sell me on stuff I didn't want or need. We got a bunch of bids, and his was over $10,000 lower than the highest bid, for windows of the same rating. The windows were ready when promised. The Office Personnel worked with us on scheduling the install, and the installers were incredible! Alex was the team leader, and all 4 of the guys worked together like a well oiled machine. Those guys got 10 windows and a big sliding patio door replaced in just a few hours. They worked hard, were professional, and did a beautiful install job. The windows look so beautiful! "I had a 18 year old worn/damaged slider door track that needed replacement. My regular handyman was not able to find the exact track design at any of the local box stores or glass stores. Recommendation was replacement of entire slider door and frame. Found and called All American Door through Home Advisor, and Josh came out within 24 hours to assess the job. He said he could custom manufacture a replica of the track if he took the old worn track with him. Two days later, he showed up on a Saturday morning as promised with a replica of the track that is a better design than the original. He installed the new track and my slider door is now smoothly working again. Highly recommend the customer service, quality, and value of his work. Repair was a fraction of the cost of what I would have needed to replace the entire door and track. Very professional work at a very fair price. Josh is the kind of guy you want to see succeed with a "can do" attitude. Highly recommend!"

Dennis is a very knowledge person in his field and never did he try to up sale or push for a higher price during our entire visit. He listened to my concerns very attentively and after that he showed their products and answered and explained every question I had. I got a quote right on the first day of his visit. Then, Sean, the company owner and Dennis came by to do follow-up measurements and see if I had more questions and concerns. "This job was to renovate my home in preparation to sell it in early March. It consisted of a kitchen and 3 bathroom upgrade, flooring and lighting fixture replacement, painting and removal of 3 popcorn ceilings. Beginning the second week of January, the entire job was completed within 6 weeks. When first hired, the principal of Palm Construction carefully tuned in to my specific needs and targeted timeframe, offering succinct suggestions respects colors, style and quality of products used. Specialists in each trade worked cohesively with each other, as well as alongside other contractors that I had personally hired separately for windows and pool replaster. Although I had intended to live in the property during the renovation, I quickly realized that my occupancy was impeding progress, so I made the decision to vacate the premises. This was especially important during the removal of popcorn ceilings which contained asbestos. The work moved seamlessly from the removal of kitchen counters, sink, cabinet doors, appliances and flooring to the demolition of 3 bathrooms. Timely mutual decisions were made about fixtures, mirrors, flooring, sinks, vanities, paint and hardware, allowing the job to progress steadily to reach very precise goals. Along the way, it was determined that the air ducts needed replacing and AC would be a welcome addition to the total job. These issues were discussed and explained clearly and quoted at a reasonable cost - so I decided to add the change orders. Although I had never been involved with a home renovation in the past, I was very impressed with the patience and care taken to communicate with me throughout the entire job. I was a demanding customer with an expectation of perfectionism and Palm Construction was up for the challenge. Beyond the scope of the original job, Palm went above and beyond with finishing touches and little extras here and there. They've come back to help me even after completion of the job, when I needed some additional retrofits for my appliance installation, which was not even part of the original job. I know that I can count on Palm Construction to be responsive and willing for anything that may come up in the future. I learned that they are a GC that you can totally trust and rely on. "DreamStyle Remodeling installed a new shower in my master bath. Sean came out to measure for the new shower and while here helped me find out what to do when I got bit by a tiny scorpion. He showed empathy and concern and offered to assist in anyway including taking me to urgent care if necessary. Fortunately, I didn't need additional care. When the shower materials were received, a time was scheduled for the install, and Max and David showed up on time. Throughout the 2-day process, both Max and David were efficient and walked me through the various steps they were taking. They laid cloths down for walkways and blocked off the area to prevent dust spreading into the bedroom. The project was completed earlier than expected even after they cleaned up everywhere. I could not have been more pleased with the whole process from the salesman Gary to the office personnel keeping me abreast of the order, to the completion. Everyone I dealt with was very courteous and didn't try to up-sell me on anything which I really appreciated. And best of all....no more grout!!"
