"I recently had the pleasure of working with ASP SuperHome for the installation of new impact windows and doors in my home, and I couldn't be more satisfied with their service. From start to finish, the entire process was handled with the utmost professionalism. I would like to especially thank the salesperson Peter for his knowledge, commitment and timely response to issues throughout the project. He helped me select strong 9/16” windows with visible transmission of 60% (thus, the outside from inside looks bright) while the solar heat gain was limited to 32% (thus, the house is protected from excessive heat). The windows are rated for +90 and -90 pressure, which is well above the Miami Dade guidelines. The doors are strong and aesthetic. In summary, I received strong, hurricane protection doors and windows that also shield me from heat and noise, move smoothly, and are visually appealing. The quality installers at ASP, Yosyenny and Emilio, demonstrated exceptional skill and attention to detail. They worked diligently and efficiently, ensuring that each window and door was perfectly fitted and securely installed. Despite the extensive work, they maintained a neat and organized workspace, leaving no mess behind. Roy is also a capable installer. Thanks also to Michel and Sergio for project management, and to Emily, Luisa and JJ for the coordination. Overall, my experience with ASP was outstanding. "I could not be more pleased with the work that Zen did in my renovated master bedroom.  The room was, originally, an added on space.  This presented a number of problems; some of these problems were not revealed until the install process began.  The window
spaces were extremely tight and the workers really had their work cut out on the removal, alone.  I must admit that I was nervous about how things would turn out. Fortunately, the Zen contractors are more than mere workers?they are true craftsmen.  The install was difficult, but the end result is flawless and I could not be more pleased.

I should also mention that JJ, the owner of the company, was present for the entire install; he made sure that I was comfortable with the process and the finished product.  Once the install was complete, the temperature in the room improved, dramatically.  It was, instantly, noticeable.   JJ demonstrated the features of the windows and took the time to ensure that I knew how to operate the windows and screens.  I not only recommend Zen, but I will be sure to use them again.  This old house has lots of windows and they all need to be replaced.  There was clear communication from the first day that I contacted Zen, up to and through the install, and even the day after the install was complete.  JJ takes pride in his company and the work they do.  If you need windows, you HAVE to use Zen."

"My primary contact was friendly, and usually responsive, though occasionally he was difficult to contact. I had initially expected the job to involve tearing out all windows down to the studs, and replacing the entire unit. Instead, they removed the glass, and installed an actual picture window, but left the existing sill and casing. I chalked this up to a miscommunication. What I was definitely not happy with at first, however, was that the technician initially installed the new windows ON TOP OF THE ROTTING WOOD. To their credit, when I contacted the project manager he had it fixed immediately. Also, the same technician repaired some rot under the eaves of my house, and repainted. He did a great job on the repair, but left drips of paint on the roof of a covered walkway below. I wouldn't rule out using them again, but these hiccups make it far from "Automatic" to call them back."
