"Professional, polite and took care of windows as expected."

"Peter was very professional through the entire transaction from providing a quote, scheduling, notification of arrival, and service. I had some window screen and a sliding screen door that needed rescreening or full replacement. Due to Peter’s experience and ability to problem solve, we were able to work through some odd scenarios that came up with my windows. The door and window screens came out perfect! Thank you Peter!"

"Excellent workmanship and products I have had three installations with Power in the past two years. I first used them for a new roof and gutters. The workers were all knowledgeable in their area of work. Clean up was good although some nails kept showing up over time. Next I had the 2nd floor windows and some 1st floor windows replaced, 9 in total. Installation went well and they cleaned up beautifully afterwards. I love the windows! They are a beautiful and energy efficient product. Lastly, I recently had a bay window replaced in my kitchen with the same type window. The workers ere all friendly and explained what would be done. The area was draped with plastic to cut down on dust. Clean up was excellent inside and outside! The window is beautiful and the framing on the outside of the window matches the other windows and the small roof above the bay window was replaced with the same roofing as the rest of the house. I would choose them again for any future projects."

"The windows are beautiful and the installation crew were great. The sliding door is really easy to open. I love the security tab in the window frames that keep the windows from opening more then two and a half inches."

"Friendly when he came to the house. Didn't get in the way, and my window looks clean and good!"

"I have an older home build in the 70's and still had the original single pane windows and sliding doors.  I called  four places around town to get quotes and to see how much it would cost me.  Universal Solutions Windows & Doors was by far the best quote as well as the best product.  They were very knowledgeable in windows and doors, and they didn’t try and to put a fast one over me.  They explained everything to me in respects on how windows and doors can drastically change how your home functions and operates.  I also had a two story home with burglar bars, and they didn’t try ripping me off by adding other fees like other companies tried to with removal of bars and two story hazard fees.  They were very honest and I am very happy with the work they did. I have already noticed about $100 - $150 decrease in my monthly power bill compared to last year. Totally worth the investment for comfort and savings."

"Integrity First, gave me excellent service and fair prices on installing new waterproof laminate floors and installing new retro fit windows."
