"I contacted CWE to replace 8 windows and 1 patio door. Jeff came by and did the consultation. He was very friendly and professional. Communication 5/5 - Jeff was very responsive to questions and clearly communicated the work and timeline. Timeliness 5/5 - Both the consultation and installation started on time. The windows actually arrived sooner than expected. Quality 5/5 - The installation team laid down blankets before starting any work. They removed the old windows without damaging the surrounding wall. They installed the new windows and applied the cleanest caulk line I’ve ever seen. They cleaned up after themselves. The Anlin windows that were installed works perfectly and are beautiful."

"American Home Renewal did an excellent job. They were incredibly responsive and helpful, especially when dealing with the special circumstances and constraints of retrofitting windows within the guidelines of an HOA. Mark who ran my initial estimate and supported the project through the end of the contract creation and signing was always available to answer questions and willing to help out when I needed support with my HOA. The installation team did a wonderful job, they were prompt, professional, and courteous. And when I discovered several tears in one of the screens about a month after the project, AHR sent someone right out to fix it. I am extremely happy with my new windows - the house is much warmer and quieter now, and I've already recommended the company to several of my neighbors."

"Adam was fantastic to work with. I had a sliding glass door that was extremely sticky, and after two other companies were unable to fix it, Adam came out promptly and resolved the issue quickly. I was so impressed that I had him repair two additional sliding doors, a screen door, and a shower door hinge while he was there. His pricing was very fair, he was professional and courteous, and the quality of his work was excellent. I would absolutely recommend Adam to anyone needing sliding door, screen door, or related repairs."

"Did a great job aligning four off kilter doors and replacing the weather stripping on the exterior doors. Called me the day I posted the job and did the work the following day."

"Great experience. Found AMG doors and windows online and they reached out and were able to clearly and professionally explain the step by step process of measuring the door ordering and the installation process. They were hassle free and was able to give me and over the phone quote for my new French doors. The install only took them 4 hours and they keep the space clean and were very professional."

"Excellent! They did such a great job and at an outstanding price. I have so many windows in my house and they came in way below any other competitor. It's been a few years but the windows still look and work great! As a matter of fact, my next door neighbor recently hired them to replace all of their windows based on the job they did at my house."

"Over all my expierance was less than satisfactory. Most of it is due to poor communication and misunderstanding. The sales person had a difficult time understanding what I wanted and also had a terrible time communicating with me and the installation dept. The installers arrived without any plans and of course did an excellent job of installing the patio wrong. The inspector never came out to instpect the installation. I call the company and complained I was not happy with the job. The inspector came out 3 days later, agreed with me the installation was not done as agreed to. The company did redo the installation ASAP.
I also ordered Elitewood window awnings and even gave the salesman pictures of what I wanted. He got back to me with estimates of window awnings made of canvas, which was not what I wanted. No one has come out to measure the window and I still do not have the window awnings. Needless to say, I will purchase the awnings from someone else.
I am happy with the final product (patio cover only) even though I am not happy with thier sales staff. This is a company I will not do any return bussiness with nor will I recommended them to any of my friends.
Elitewood patio covers and awnings can be purchased from other vendors.

"The tile in the shower was done well, but the tile on the floor was not. The tile was uneven, grout missing and they put in the wrong drain cover. So, they came back and fixed it. The etched window in the shower that was caulked had mold growing under it. They came back and re-caulked it. The thermostat for the floor was not installed on it's own dedicated circuit, so an electrician has to come and fixed it."

"The work was very professional. It was done very efficiently and he even installed a smart lock"

"Came next day, on time, professional."
