"We had several windows and doors replaced and I was really impressed with the new windows and doors as well as the professional installation by Perry and his crew. They made sure everything was square, clean, and caulked. Great job! I highly recommend Metropolitan High Performance Windows."

"I called Pablo on Monday and left a message. He called me right back. He was very friendly and said he could fit me in between a couple of other jobs on Wednesday. He called me on Wednesday when he said he would, told me he could get to my house in half an hour and was. He measured the windows, set up his work station right from his van, and had made them within a half an hour. Everything fit. He was so nice, personable, professional, helpful. And took my credit card! Great job!"

"Excellent service, on time, friendly. We had Robert come out a second time to replace another pane and fix the balancer on another window. Thank you Robert."

"Wonderful company. Got right to work and my door is sliding better than ever."

"Gen mgr./sales Rep is the real deal; many yrs experience, very open & straight shooting, offered multiple vinyl dual pane gas filled options, & worked w/us to make the price 'work' per our budget for the brand & quality level we wanted. He/they made sure they quickly placed the Manufacturer order, while squeezing our installation in/end of Sept. before we left on a trip. Installation team was organized & didn't mind my occasionally checking the walls & windows as they progressed, though i did find more than one or two cuts/dents in the vinyl framework, which while being minor blemishes, should have been avoided (whether caused during transportation or during installation). They cleaned up near the windows well, though failed to vacuum their dirty paths from front door to the liv. rm & bdrm (though they did also vacuum up the carport moderately well). Finally, & its not a major biggie but, when they reinstalled the long living room vertical blinds system, they didn't leave it working as well as it was before they showed up. This 14 yr old blinds system wasn't problem free before they arrived so, i chose to let this more difficult to use system remain an ongoing issue/not originally caused by Brothers Home Improvement."

"Very professional; did a fabulous job installing new frames and screens on my windows and sliding glass doors; efficient; left everything clean; would hire them again for any projects related to the windows and doors of our home."

"Rigo was professional and timely from the beginning and throughout the process. He responded quickly with my request for an estimate. The price quoted was exactly what I was charged. He scheduled the appointment within the timeframe requested, and was extremely flexible when we requested that the date be changed. The work was completed as scheduled, and the quality exceeded my expectations. I fully intend to request his services the next time I need windows."

"I’m not easily impressed with construction workers or installer's but I was pleasantly surprised with Pedro‘s knowledge and professionalism in installing my new window AC. He arrived on time and finished the job in a timely manner which I really appreciated. I will definitely use his service's for several future projects."

"Monty does excellent work. I needed a window AC installed which involved some custom fitting and mounting. I have a sliding window from left to right instead of up and down so to do a clean install was more involved than a traditional up down sliding window. I believe Monty went above and beyond to make sure the work was quality and addressed all my concerns. He made sure the whole installation was well sealed off using generous amounts of silicone.I highly recommend him for any handyman work you might need accomplished."

"I received a great quality job for Felipe’s repair of the termite damage above my bathroom window! What I appreciated about Felipe’s approach was he was willing to brainstorm a few options with me. 5 stars!"
