"I'm writing this review based on the customer service and sales tech experience. I have not had the window replaced yet but what I can tell you is that my initial experience with this company has been outstanding. I would like to add that most companies have a minimal of three windows to be installed before they do any work for you. This company is not that way if you have one window no matter the size they will replace it. Also they offer options for pricing and some companies have one set product. The window I am having replaced is a large opening with two windows and they were able to give me pricing for a large one window slider or replacing it exactly the same with two windows. The price point was a large difference between the two and that is something I appreciate having an option on price. Richard is the sales rep that I dealt with and he was very knowledgeable, informative and accommodating on scheduling."

"John was prompt arriving for our appointment for an estimate to replace the screens on my porch that had blown out from Irma. He gave me what I considered a reasonable price to re-screen the problem panels and then also submitted a very reasonable bid to re-screen the entire area should I wish to do that instead. I decided to go with the whole porch option and he worked me into the schedule on a day that was convenient for me. The work was completed the day we had scheduled and it looks beautiful. I am so glad I went with the full re-screen. Quality, on time work at a fair price with great customer service. Would highly recommend them to anyone needing this type of work."

"They did a phenomenal job. From the very beginning, calling the same day as my requests, to setting up times for review and mirror installation and being flexible with my schedule. They were very patient and honest. I am very happy with my dining room mirror they were able to hang and install where 2 other handymen turned the project down.
