"It was several years ago now so some details are lost to me. I do recall I went to the store to try the windows and liked being able to do that. They set up financing for monthly payments. The sales and installation went well and the staff were curious and professional. The windows fit, worked well, looked good and still do. Except for a small problem with the screens; small plastic pegs that hold the screens in place have broken and Halls could not find the right replacements. They sent the wrong thing. The blinds fit well, looked good and worked well and still do. Except, some plastic handles to hold while pulling blinds up and down (cordless type), have broken and fallen off (5 of 22). Halls referred me to a blinds repair guy who did not get back to me and Halls had no other help to give. I contacted them twice on both issues, even returned to the store, then I gave up and did not pursue it further. To summarize, good on personnel for sales and installation, not so good for follow up on problems over time. I would also choose different windows if there was a do-over."

"Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."

"Great. Initially I was going to just get blinds cut at home depot and install it myself. Then I was too busy and decided I was going to hire Chris to install the blinds I got. However, he quoted me a price that was a bit more expensive than Home Depot, but it was custom cut blinds (so that the length also fit the windows) and the price was not by much more. It was definitely more competitive than the 4 other contractors I got quotes from. The only downside was I was told it would be about 2 weeks and it took 4 weeks for the blinds to come in. At the end of the day, it was a minor inconvenience for me. I still got a great price, and when the blinds did come in, Chris got one of his workers to come in on a weekend morning (the guy told me he was working OT) to accommodate my busy schedule. Once he unpacked all the blinds, it was extremely efficient and the installer was very professional. So, I really have no complaints. The blinds were beautiful and did fit perfectly as guaranteed. Chris originally came by to measure my windows at my request (I initially measured them and sent it to him for a quote) just to make sure. He was great and easy to work with. "This was probably the most satisfying purchase and service experience we have had in twenty years. First the company sent their rep to measure and estimate the job and help us set up financing. When the windows were manufactured and ready for installation, the crew that came out was excellent. There were enough workers to remove and haul away old windows and install all the new windows in one day. They were skillful and careful with home exterior and interior. The Renewal windows are very attractive, energy efficient and fit perfectly. Although it seemed a bit pricey at the time, we don't regret a single penny."

"Have a 1,864 square foot home with original exterior paint (1991). Had two estimates for exterior painting but went with Four Seasons. They weren't the lowest bid, but I was impressed with Rick Davis' detailed proposal and style-he explained why he preferred a particular paint and he was very careful in eyeballing the project and looking at the details.
Crew was on time and did a great job. No spills or spray overs and their daily clean up was well done. When I checked around after the crew had finished, there were two window frames on the front of the house that hadn't received the trim color. I contacted Rick and he said he's take care of that. The very next day one of his workers came out and fixed the window portion. He even went around and did touch ups on spots he thought needed it. That's great service!
Rick was very communicative and responsive throughout the whole project. The finished product looks great and his staff were very professional and polite.
If you're looking for a good company to feel comfortable with, I highly recommend Four Seasons! I'll certainly be calling them again when it's time to do the interior.
