They went over in great detail the product (windows) and what features were available. The windows were ordered, the prices were detailed and explained carefully. This was the only area that was a little disappointing, It took approx. 5 weeks from the estimate to delivery - it was special ordered and custom made at the factory to our exact measurements so was understandable. The wait was well worth it, the windows are wonderful! This company is professional, efficient, courteous and has great windows. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them for work, looking forward to working with them again."

"He did all his work remotely via the internet. It was all very simple from my standpoint since all I did was assist him in getting the link with my computer and he took it from there. The computer was so slow and overrun with adware that it was virtually unusable.when he started but since Jim applied his touch to it, it works great again. "To begin, the wait for an appointment to install was tooooo long (village permit expired before install). The communications could have been better. The install crew was quick and professional, however after a very long wait for the installation, all of the materials were not provided as well as a damaged window (cracked screen) was installed. Follow-up emails were sent to find out an anticipated date to fix the damaged window and provide the missing screens. The referral segment needs attentions: 1. referred my mom after I paid a deposit and signed a contract for services, but her windows (she had more) were installed before mine. As to date, I've still never received anything for her referral. 2. I referred my neighbor C Lacey, she received 1 call, and have not spoken to anyone else. 3. My mom's neighbor received a quote, and asked me for a number to provide a call for approval to purchase. I'm very pleased with my windows, but the overall (start to finish) needs serious tweaking, with customer service being the #1 priority."
