The triple pane windows are fabulous because compared to our old two pane faulty windows, not only are they solid and beautiful with no wind blowing through, but also the nearby road noise is greatly reduced. We needed to use plastic film to insulate the old windows and when the wind blew the plastic would billow like sails! The new windows make our condo seem like a true home."

We provided Bob with pics of the area where the work needed to be done and he was able to let us know that this fitted within the scope of work he does. He was very easy to communicate with by e-mail and phone and prompt to reply.  He showed up on time, assessed the details of the work that needed to be done and discussed different options of what could be done and the rough costs associated with each of them.
