Not only did Guardian Windows meet and surpass my needs, they came in WAY under the competition; I am not going to bash other companies, but I paid about 50% of what I would have paid at one of the bigger window companies. Marty, the owner, came out to my house around my schedule and took the time to not just sell me windows, but also to educate me on what was in my best interest and why. He very well could have taken advantage of my lack of knowledge, but he went above and beyond. I expressed what I wanted and after the consultation, he advised against a few things I asked for to save me some money and then suggested a couple of different style windows that would be more cost effective than what I was looking for. Most businesses will not recommend cheaper products so that they have bigger profit margins, but Marty was only interested in what was best for my situation. He then squeezed my order into another order to save me quite a bit of money since he would have gotten a price break due to a bigger order. The installation crew was fantastic; Ron and his crew were concerned about quality, speed and cleanliness. They kept me in the loop for window delivery times and installation timelines. They were early on each day and got the job done, all 22 windows, in about 10 hours between 2 days. I had some rotting wood issues that would have caused some issues down the road, but Ron had some extra materials on hand and only charged me for the materials, he threw in the labor for sizing and installation which he didn���t have to do. Not only are our new windows amazing, Ron took it a step further and made sure to point out an issue with my newly replaced roof and advised me on what to tell the roofing company to prevent damages from being incurred on my home. All in all, I would highly recommend Guardian Windows and their staff to handle your home and I would definitely rehire them in the future in the event that I need their services again."

We were taken advantage of by a previous window company, Texas Pride Windows and Doors / Brian Young, who stole our deposit and ghosted us. Jared and John reached out to us after seeing our story on the Channel 2 news in Houston. They helped us replace 27 windows and 3 doors with very high quality Pella and Thermatru products. They contracted an AWESOME install team lead by Reginaldo and about 12 other installers. ALL were very friendly and professional and stayed until the job was done. "Everyone at ARC Glass was very professional and courteous, especially the lady who took our order over the phone. They were prompt and got things done as soon as possible. We had to replace a broken window. They came to measure, then a few days later with a new piece of glass. Unfortunately, the glass was 5/8 of an inch too small on one side, so somebody messed up somewhere. But they were very apologetic, installed that glass and taped the gap, and immediately re-ordered the glass. They were back with it a couple of days later, and this time it fit, and they did a good job replacing it. They cleaned it thoroughly, which was nice. We felt they gave us a very fair price. Apart from the one mistake, our experience with them was positive in every way, and we would definitely use them again and recommend them."

"I had a broken front window (window would not stay up) and based on an email from Angi, I called Chief Glass Services of Houston and made an appointment for someone to come out and look at my window. Russell came and he was great. I thought that I needed a brand new window but no, per Russell, the window just needed to be repaired. He didn't have the parts with him and said that he would order the parts and come back and he did. He repaired my window and it is working well. He is also going to come back and work on my glass shower door. I highly recommend Chief Glass Services of Houston for any glass work that you need to have done!"
